Dijon. France

Dijon was a pretty town and just a good size with some lovely food that I was lucky enough to try. Here are a few photos to be posted.  Lovely square for the food below was 20 meters from the hotel with lots of restaurant choices. A restaurateur took a little time in between selling the food to potential patrons, to talk about the food and dishes. Very interesting.  The hotel

Described pre-ordering as a traditional EGG dish. OOPS forget  to say the beef and wine sauce are included too.I was told the dish is  made for Pinot Noir and the food was rich, but good.
